Hollywood Regency Magazine

During my third semester of Design Formation in our Communication Design class, we developed our skill for type, especially within page layouts. The goal was to create and design a 2 four-page spread in the form of a magazine. The topic was totally open to my liking. I chose to design my around the interior design style, Hollywood Regency.

I use dark but bold and contrasting colours throughout the spread to emphasize the topic. I used different typefaces however they complement each other quite nicely.

For the content itself, it was pre-written text but with typographic errors that I was to fix. This project really developed my attention to detail. I love the outcome.
